MAS CLEAN / PLANNING GUIDE

# Standard vs. deep cleaning: which do you need?

Standard cleaning resets the accessible surfaces you use every day. Deep cleaning adds agreed detail work for buildup and areas that need more time. Choose by the work your space needs, then confirm the scope before accepting a quote.

Published October 12, 2026 · Mas Clean project team · Based on the published service scope and owner-provided rate rules.

## What is included in standard cleaning?

A standard clean covers accessible kitchen counters and sink, exterior appliance surfaces, bathroom fixtures and mirrors, reachable dusting, vacuuming and mopping. It is a starting scope, so confirm the rooms and any material-specific care with the team.

## When should you request a deep clean?

Choose a deep-clean review when kitchens or bathrooms have buildup, accessible baseboards and trim need attention, or several areas need extra detail. Describe the condition rather than guessing how many hours the work will take. The quote should identify the extra tasks.

## Are appliances and windows included?

Inside ovens and refrigerators are extras unless selected and agreed. Elevated work, moving heavy furniture, mold, biohazards and specialist restoration are outside the standard scope. Ask about windows and other details before accepting the proposal.

## Does a deep clean cost more?

Additional detail work needs an individual quote. Mas Clean has not set a deep-clean baseline. The standard-cleaning band of $0.10–$0.15 per square foot in Pensacola cannot be used as a deep-clean price.

## Your space has its own details.

These guides help you plan. Your actual tasks, availability and total still need confirmation.
