What we collect
When you join, we collect your email address, ZIP code, whether you are a customer or cleaning professional, your service interest, consent record, and submission date. Cleaning inquiries collect your name, email, ZIP, service, approximate size, room counts, timing, optional notes and contact consent so the team can review scope and availability. They do not subscribe you to marketing. Professional applications additionally collect your name, optional business name, service radius, experience, services, equipment, available days, desired workload, start preference and required confirmations. The inquiry forms do not request identity documents or payment information. The signed-in cleaning workspace additionally stores your account ID, cleaning requests, preferred times, accepted proposals and photos you choose to upload.
Why we use it
We use these details to manage launch interest, understand service-area demand, and contact you about the launch or professional onboarding you requested. Joining does not subscribe you to unrelated advertising.
Service providers and security
Our hosted forms use Cloudflare infrastructure for processing, storage, and bot protection. Technical request information may be processed for security. Application rate limits use a salted identifier rather than storing a raw network address in the lead record. Access to launch records is restricted to authorized operators.
Retention and choices
You can request removal or correction by contacting the team. Launch interest is intended to be reviewed within 12 months and deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. A production retention schedule and operator ownership must be configured before public launch.

This notice covers cleaning inquiries, launch-interest forms and professional applications. Accounts use Supabase Auth. Browser sign-in information stays on this device so email confirmation links can open in another tab of the same browser. Sign out when using a shared device. With your express consent, selected cleaning photos are sent to OpenAI to suggest visible scope and clutter conditions. Photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and scheduled for deletion after 90 days; they are not public portfolio images. Scope records and accepted quotes are retained separately for service records. Analysis does not infer personal characteristics or reliably measure your home. Ask our team to correct an estimate or request deletion. Online payment collection is not yet enabled.
